To Our Well Heeled Family,
Thank you to all who pumped energy into our world with phone calls, online shopping, gift certificate purchases or by participating in daily Instagram styling stories during this time of shut down. Thank you to Shauna, Robin, Cheryl, Jenny and Olivia – for continuing to nurture our Well Heeled family in so many ways!
Now it is time to open our doors back to all of you – in much the same manner as we closed; surrounded by beauty and with our communal health and safety as a guide to help us continue to style you and – to have some fun! It’s gonna be tough not to give you all a hug – we are just itching to see you in person!

APPOINTMENTS DON’T HAVE TO BE A BIG DEAL!
An appointment doesn’t have to be a big plan – and it can still be for browsing or inspiration. During store hours let us know you’re on your way – or already in the driveway – if the store is customer free you can come in! With a little advance notice we can accommodate any appointment - even evenings - to suit your schedule. I've always wanted to do more personalized shopping at times that work you you!
FROM SHOPPING CART TO DRESSING ROOM!
But here’s a new by-appointment program that we think you’ll love. Imagine that your Wellheeledstowe.com shopping cart becomes your pre-filled dressing room appointment. Here’s all you do; make your appointment – then, go to our website, create an account (if you don’t have one), fill your shopping cart with the things you’d like to try and then pause right before you would purchase - shoot us a direct message or an email that you have left a shopping cart for us to see or just take a picture of it and text it to us – and we’ll fill the dressing room with your items and a few others that we think you might like based on your selections! How fun is that! We think you’ll love this service – and we’ll look forward to the feedback on how to improve it! What a great way to shop though. We can literally edit your shopping cart and do a contact free checkout!
IN STORE SHOPPING
In the store, we will all be masked and we will require that all of you do same. No exceptions. We do want to minimize the touching of garments - while browsing - as much as possible. This is going to be hard for all of us - so we do have hand sanitizer aplenty and we'll all use it often.
DON’T WANT TO WEAR A MASK?
If you don’t want to wear a mask – we can fill a shopping bag of items that you’ve preselected from browsing our website and let you take them home for 24 hours to try things on. We will ask that you wear a mask and use hand sanitizer while you try things on at home as per our in-store protocol below.
FITTING ROOM PROTOCOL
When trying on clothes – in store and at a home - we ask that you take following precautions for minimizing contact contamination. Wear your mask, sanitize your hands and refrain from touching your face while trying on clothes. If you do, sanitize again!
POST FITTING ROOM CARE
All items – tried on in store or at home will be thoroughly steamed as a method of disinfecting prior to being returned to stock.
Again, as we become accustomed to this way of shopping, I think that we’ll all appreciate the additional care that is taken of these beautiful, quality items. In store, we have displayed one of everything – we think it’s it’s beautiful to see and keeps our stock clean and fresh for you.
Hard surfaces will be wiped down between visits; including all door handles The state has provided strict guidelines on how to keep our environments as safe as possible for all – so while you’ll be getting accustomed to slightly less spontaneous shopping – we’ll be getting accustomed to being the cleaners as well as stylists!
A FEW LAST THINGS!
A few last housekeeping items that we hope you can understand. We’re going to ask that you leave your pets in the car for the foreseeable future. And much to our dismay – I think we are a kid free zone for awhile. At least toddlers – or any child who is mobile and not yet able to resist ‘not touching!’. It's hard enough for us! And for now, we’re going to reserve our restroom for employees only.
EXCITED TO GET BACK TO DOING WHAT WE LOVE
So, with our housekeeping aside – we are so excited to getting back to doing what we love; choosing beautiful, classic, quality items for you to build a lasting wardrobe. And making your effortlessly chic look – just that – effortless. We welcome our new online friends to stay in close touch – call us – we’ll make it personal from afar as well with shopping programs customized to your needs.
