RETURN POLICIES

Please read the below Return Policies and Return Process carefully prior to placing your order. If you place an order with Well Heeled, you are thereby agreeing to abide by these policies. The policies outlined below are for Well Heeled online/phone order purchases only. In-store purchases are subject to Well Heeled in-store policies, which are available at our physical location.

CREDIT CARD REFUNDS will be issued for FULL-PRICE ITEMS only.

All items DISCOUNTED up to 20% may be returned for exchange or store credit only. 

All items DISCOUNTED at 20% or more are FINAL SALE. 

Fragrances, Candles, Home, Jewelry, Yoga Accessories, and Undergarments are FINAL SALE.

All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with any original tags intact. 

 

RETURN PROCESS

For your convenience, a return label will be included with your purchase. While qualified returns do not have to be approved, we would appreciate an email or a phone call to give us the heads up as soon as you realize you are not going to keep your item. You are responsible for non-qualified returns as per above. If you are uncertain, please give us a call. 

Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date. 

Once your return is received, you will receive an email once your exchange or refund has been processed.

Original and return shipping fees will not be refunded. If you received free shipping on your order but returned your order and would like a refund in the form of your original payment, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping fee for exchanges or store credit will be waived. 

We will cover shipping costs for any returns resulting from an error on our part or damaged merchandise. 

For all merchandise returns, credits will only be awarded for merchandise that is returned, unworn, unwashed with original tags attached. Shoes and boots must be in their original boxes.
