ONLINE RETURN POLICIES
Please read the below Return Policies and Return Process carefully prior to placing your order. If you place an order with Well Heeled, you are thereby agreeing to abide by these policies. The policies outlined below are for Well Heeled online/phone order purchases only. In-store purchases are subject to Well Heeled in-store policies (review below).
Return Criteria:
- Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your package
- All returns must be unworn, in original packaging and with all tags original tags attached
- Credit card refunds will be issued for full price merchandise only. Items discounted less than 20% may be returned for exchange or store credit only
- Handbags, Jewelry and Undergarments are FINAL SALE
- Items DISCOUNTED at 20% or more are FINAL SALE
- All International Sales are FINAL SALE
Return Process:
- If the above criteria are met, returns may be initiated by calling the store at 802-253-6077 or sending an email to info@wellheeledstowe.com
- Return labels will be provided
- Returned items will be inspected for acceptance
- Refunds will incur a 5% restocking fee
- Opting for Store Credit waives restocking fees*
*If you choose a store credit over a refund - you will receive the full amount of your original purchase in store credit without deduction of restocking fees.
