We sincerely hope that you love all of your purchases from Well Heeled. However, we understand that you may need to return or exchange some of your merchandise. Full refunds or exchanges on non-discounted merchandise will be honored up to 7 days from the receipt of the merchandise. Call the store at 802-253-6077 as soon as possible so that we can issue you a return authorization and shipping label. Store Credit and exchanges will be honored up to 14 days from receipt of the merchandise and all sales will be final after 14 days. There are no returns or exchanges on jewelry, undergarments and gift cards.
To be eligible for a return,exchange or refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have all tags attached.
To complete your return, please call the store to request a return label and once received, include your receipt in the return package. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will notify you of the approval or rejection of the return. At that time we will either issue your refund, process your exchange or email you a non-expiring Gift Card Code for your store credit - whatever the case may be. All refunds will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 24 hours of the receipt and acceptance of your returned items.
