RETURN POLICIES

Please read the below Return Policies and Return Process carefully prior to placing your order. If you place an order with Well Heeled, you are thereby agreeing to abide by these policies. The policies outlined below are for Well Heeled online/phone order purchases only. In-store purchases are subject to Well Heeled in-store policies, which are available at our physical location.

CREDIT CARD REFUNDS will be issued for FULL-PRICE ITEMS only for online and in-store purchases.

CREDIT CARD REFUNDS will be subject to a deduction of 3% for credit card fees for online and in-store purchases.  

All items DISCOUNTED up to 20% may be returned for exchange or store credit only. 

All items DISCOUNTED at 20% or more are FINAL SALE. 

Jewelry, Accessories, and Undergarments are FINAL SALE.

All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with any original tags intact. 

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.

RETURN PROCESS

Please call or email the store to initiate a return.

Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date. 

Once your return is received, you will receive an email once your exchange or refund has been processed.

Original and return shipping fees will not be refunded. If you received free shipping on your order but returned your order and would like a refund in the form of your original payment, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping fee for exchanges or store credit will be waived. 

We will cover shipping costs for any returns resulting from an error on our part or damaged merchandise. 

For all merchandise returns, credits will only be awarded for merchandise that is returned, unworn, unwashed with original tags attached. Shoes and boots must be in their original boxes. 

HOLIDAY 2025 TERMS & CONDITIONS

If you’ve made a purchase with the 20% off Holiday discount during the promotional period online - you eligible for EXCHANGE ONLY within 7 days of purchase - by notifying the store via phone or email of your intent to exchange.  Exchanges must be made immediately and be of equal or greater dollar amount than your original purchase and will be confirmed and shipped out as soon as we receive your return back in the store.  We can not guarantee the item exchanged for will be available until we receive the returned item.  

IN-STORE HOLIDAY 2025 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you purchased with the 20% off discount in-store, no returns or exchanges may be made. This differs from online, as you have had sales help and you have seen, touched and tried on the item. If you purchased at full-price during the Holiday promotional period you have the benefits of our full holiday return policy through January 19, 2026. 

GIFT CARDS

Our 20% off Holiday promotion does not apply to gift cards. However, if you purchased a gift card (regular price, no discounts offered) during our promotional period, the receiver will be entitled to a 20% discount off purchases made with that gift card through January 31st 2026.
